About the Plebeian Tribunal

The Plebeian Tribunal of South Africa is a sovereign institution established to protect the natural and constitutional rights of the people. We operate under the principles of natural law, which supersede all man-made statutes and corporate regulations.

Our mission is to investigate constitutional violations, document evidence of institutional corruption, and provide a platform for individuals to assert their sovereign rights. We believe that true justice can only be achieved when the voice of the people is heard and their fundamental rights are respected.

The Tribunal\'s authority is grounded in the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, particularly:

• Section 1: The Republic of South Africa is one, sovereign, democratic state founded on the values of human dignity, the achievement of equality and the advancement of human rights and freedoms.
• Section 2: The Constitution is the supreme law of the Republic; law or conduct inconsistent with it is invalid, and the obligations imposed by it must be fulfilled.
• Section 17: Everyone has the right, peacefully and unarmed, to assemble, to demonstrate, to picket and to present petitions.
• Section 34: Everyone has the right to have any dispute that can be resolved by the application of law decided in a fair public hearing before a court or, where appropriate, another independent and impartial tribunal or forum.
